Title Update
The goal of a title update is to extend the research to the most current certified date by the county. Title update will follow the original scope (Limited Vesting/Vesting Title/Marketable Title, etc.) and include all documents found of record.
Title Update package will include the following:
- LTC will be updated, changing the certified search period and adding any new information found of record
- All new documents found of record will be added to the COT and documents
- Property Cards, GIS Maps, and Tax History will be updated
