- Each title product includes a Word document with the current ownership, mailing address of the assessed owner, and legal description (exactly as given in the conveying document)
- Clients can copy the pertinent information directly onto their documents, which can decrease your document specialist costs
- The pdf file included for each tract consists of all documents with pertinent information highlighted, maps, deed plots, and reports in a single file, bookmarked for ease of navigation
